Europe, and the world, in your glass
At Bottles, everything starts with what’s in the glass. Our wine list is curated with BeBeMe Wine Merchants and showcases characterful bottles from Italy, France, Spain, Germany and other leading regions around the world. From crisp Alpine whites and Piedmontese nebbiolo to Rioja, German riesling and new-wave producers further afield, every wine earns its place.
We work mainly with family-owned vineyards and small estates that care about the land as much as the wine. Most of our growers use traditional, sustainable methods – organic, ecological or biodynamic – so what you’re drinking is not only delicious but also made with respect for nature.
Our team – backed by BeBeMe’s sommeliers – is here to guide you, whether you know exactly what you like or just want “something dry, fresh and not too oaky”. You’ll find by-the-glass discoveries, bottles to share with the table, and a rotating list of limited allocations that disappear as quickly as they arrive.
We believe great wine doesn’t have to feel expensive. The list is built so you’ll always find generous glasses and bottles at accessible prices, alongside the rare and iconic wines in Don Julio’s Cellar. Whether you’re here for a simple glass after work or a big night with special bottles, there’s something for every pocket without compromising on quality.
Don Julio’s Cellar
Don Julio’s Cellar is our fine-wine list: a curated selection of top bottles from the classic regions – Barolo, Burgundy, Bordeaux, Champagne, Ribera del Duero, Rioja, Riesling and more – plus standout producers from the New World. These are the wines chosen personally by our owner, for guests who want to mark a moment, impress clients or just enjoy world-class wine in a relaxed setting.
If you’re celebrating a promotion, an anniversary or a deal done, ask the team for the Don Julio’s Cellar list and we’ll find something memorable together.
How we choose our wines
We try wines from around the world looking for the sweet spot between quality, ecological practices and fair prices. Many come from vineyards that work organically or biodynamically, with low intervention in the cellar and maximum character in the glass. Unique bottles, made with care, poured in a room built for conversation.
